Stephie began her career in a medical spa in Manhattan where she built a strong foundation in advanced esthetics. She later founded Poised Esthetics, where she continues to work hands on with clients and deepen her understanding of real skin concerns. During this time she also began creating skincare by hand which sparked her passion for formulation and the science behind ingredients. She now creates clinical products that genuinely support the skin while staying true to her belief in barrier strength and simplicity.

As her work evolved, Stephie became certified in Reiki and Quantum Healing modalities. This deeper training allows her to help clients release stagnant energy and create space for the skin and  nervous system to function with more ease.

Her approach blends clinical expertise, holistic insight, and intuitive guidance in a way that feels grounded and intentional. Her mission is to guide clients toward radiant, healthy skin from the inside out, build real confidence, and keep skincare practical in a world that overcomplicates it.
